Shawna Suarez is Human Resources at Interface Billing Solutions. She brings over 10 years of experience in behavioral healthcare revenue cycle management to Interface. Shawna has worked with MHSUD facilities and billing companies to build and refine processes across multiple departments – some of which include VOB, billing, and collections. Through this experience, Shawna developed the ability to recognize talent, and she utilizes her expertise to recruit skilled employees to Interface.
Working at Interface Billing Solutions, Shawna is motivated by supporting individuals struggling with mental health and substance use challenges. She believes that Interface plays a meaningful role in helping these individuals and their families achieve better outcomes. In her free time, Shawna enjoys hanging out with family, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
