Evan was a director of billing at his former company, while Link had spent the previous 5 years working in facility admissions. Their viewpoints and experience gave them insight into the shortcomings and pain points in the biller-provider relationship. Evan and Link built Interface to address those pain points and fulfill the behavioral healthcare industry’s need for competent, transparent, and effective billers.
