Director of Accounts Receivable
Rosalia Esquivel is the Director of Accounts Receivable at Interface Billing Solutions. She attended American Career College, where she earned a certification in medical billing and coding. Rosy started working in healthcare revenue cycle management in 2018, where she developed her expertise through hands-on experience and internal training. At Interface, Rosy specializes in accounts receivable account management and AR workflow optimization, and she is skilled at navigating complex payer follow-up strategies. Rosy is motivated by supporting her team’s growth and contributing to efficient revenue cycle processes that support behavioral healthcare organizations. Outside of work, Rosy enjoys spending time with family, staying organized and planning, and taking time to unwind and recharge.
