Director of Utilization Review
Molly Havercroft is the Director of Utilization Review at Interface Billing. She entered the industry in 2015 working as a benefits specialist at a behavioral healthcare facility. She eventually transitioned to Utilization Review in 2017, and she became a director of UR in 2019. During this time, Molly honed her expertise in payer guideline interpretation, authorization and review management, and denial prevention. She currently focuses on process optimization, scaling UR operations, training teams on best practice, and using historical data to secure the maximum amount of coverage for patient stays.
Molly is passionate about ensuring each client obtains the necessary authorization for their treatment. In her work, Molly is motivated by her personal experience with behavioral health challenges, as well as the experiences of those close to her. She knows firsthand how impactful behavioral healthcare treatment can be for those struggling with addiction or mental health crises. Because of this, Molly ensures that her team does everything possible to obtain coverage for each person that walks through our partner facilities’ doors, knowing these individuals took a big step to reach out for help.
In her free time, Molly is kept busy by her toddler twins. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys going to football and baseball games. Molly also loves the outdoors and spending time with family.
