Chief Operating Officer
Link Cartwright is the Chief Operating Officer at Interface Billing Solutions. He received his BBA in Finance at The University of Texas at Austin. Link started his journey in the behavioral healthcare industry in 2015, working in admissions in an outpatient program. He eventually became a director of admissions, where he specialized in billing, data management, and benefits verification.
While Link worked with billing companies, he noticed inefficiencies in the revenue management cycle process. He created Interface Billing Solutions with Evan Minkoff in 2021 with the goal of providing timely, accurate information to behavioral healthcare providers. With Link’s expertise in billing and benefits verification, Interface has grown significantly since its creation, serving many providers across the country.
At Interface, Link is an expert in data analytics, reimbursement information, and EMR and CRM software. Link is motivated by simplifying the complex insurance process to providers, allowing them to treat as many prospective patients as possible. Outside of work, Link enjoys playing golf, traveling, and being a dad. He was previously treated for addiction and has been sober since 2014.
