Since 2015, Evan Minkoff has been deeply embedded in the behavioral healthcare space. He began his career on the provider side before transitioning into revenue cycle management, where he quickly recognized an opportunity to implement meaningful billing impact at scale.
For the next 6 years, Evan helped build and manage a revenue cycle management company, where he directed all day-to-day billing operations for 25 facilities. During that time, he developed deep expertise across coding, claims strategy, payer negotiations, and reimbursement optimization, all while gaining insight to the critical role that revenue cycle infrastructure plays in a provider’s success.
In December 2021, Evan leveraged his experience to create Interface Solutions. He had a clear vision: to raise the standard of revenue cycle management for behavioral healthcare providers. Under his leadership, Interface has grown into a successful organization that supports facilities across the country, with a focus on out-of-network reimbursement strategy, operational transparency, and data-driven decision making.
Evan is motivated by helping providers break free from ineffective billing processes that hinder facility growth. He frequently partners with facility owners who have the established clinical programs, teams, and infrastructure to grow, but are forced to spend excess time navigating revenue cycle issues. By optimizing these systems, Evan and his team enable facility owners to focus on scaling business and delivering care—expanding access to essential treatment for substance use and mental health disorders.
Evan is known for his hands-on leadership style and relentless focus on results; he works closely with both his team and clients to ensure no opportunity is left on the table. When he’s not working, Evan enjoys golf, travel, and spending time between Southern California and the Lowcountry.
