Account Manager
Erika Nakamura is an Account Manager at Interface Billing Solutions. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Chapman University. Erika joined Interface in 2024, which was her entry into behavioral health revenue cycle management. Erika specializes in provider credentialing, payor knowledge, and communicating with provider stakeholders. She is motivated by the opportunity to learn about the industry, build on her existing knowledge of the revenue cycle, and make a meaningful difference in patient lives. Outside of work, Erika enjoys visiting her family in Brazil, attending concerts and festivals, and volunteering within the local Japanese American community.
