Evan Minkoff, Chief Executive Officer

Since 2015, Evan Minkoff has played a critical role in healthcare providers’ success. Evan entered the healthcare industry on the provider side, and ultimately shifted to revenue cycle management after realizing that he had the skillset necessary to make a difference for the providers he represented.

For the next 6 years, Evan was part of building and managing a revenue cycle management company where he was ultimately in charge of all day-to-day billing operations for approximately 25 facilities. Evan developed mastery of coding, AR management, negotiations, payer compliance, and the role a good competent billing company plays in the success of a healthcare organization. 

After 5 years, Evan decided to start Interface Solutions in December of 2021 because he saw a better way forward for his clients. Evan had a vision for a Revenue company that solved for the shortage of companies offering competent management, compliant coding, accurate reporting, and transparency to Behavioral Healthcare Providers.

Since starting Interface, Evan has focused on steady, sustainable growth to ensure that every single facility gets the solution-driven attention it deserves.

When Evan isn’t combing through claims data, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his golden retriever, and traveling to Costa Rica.

Sam Blackmar, Healthcare Attorney

Sam is a healthcare lawyer with broad experience in healthcare reimbursement. Prior to joining Interface, Sam was an associate at leading healthcare law firms where he successfully overturned millions of dollars in denied claims through litigation, arbitration, and informal. 

Sam also has broad experience in all facets of healthcare regulatory and corporate law and ensures that all billing for Interface’s clients is compliant. Sam received his Bachelor’s Degree from UC Irvine Cum Laude, and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. 

Sam was recognized by the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2023.

Link Cartwright, Chief Operating Officer

Link Cartwright is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and eight years of industry experience. His journey began in admissions and evolved into a Director of Admissions role, encompassing billing, process optimization, and data management.

Link’s core skills include data management, insurance expertise, and EMR/CRM software proficiency. His mission is to simplify the complex world of insurance, enabling providers to make informed decisions and expand access to behavioral health services.

On a personal note, Link is a recovering addict, married to Katherine (Katie), and shares his home with a charming goldendoodle named Remy. He hails from Texas, enjoys hunting, fishing, film, TV, cooking, travel, and savoring culinary delights.

Dan Hwang, Director of Operations

Dan is an Enterprise Transformation Leader with extensive experience catalyzing Fortune 500 companies to solution and deliver human-centric, data-driven, and outcome-focused adoption of large enterprise transformations. As a trusted advisor to senior executives, he provides thought leadership and drives design thinking and strategic planning discussions to support and achieve the desired future state focused on key business outcomes.

Zara Atcha, Account Manager

Zara Atcha, an accomplished Account Manager, with a strong academic foundation with a BA in Psychology from California State University Fullerton and an MPH from National University. With a decade of healthcare administration experience, Zara’s expertise and dedication are evident. Beyond the office, she’s an enthusiastic foodie and traveler, and she values quality time with family and friends.

Rosalia Esquivel, AR Manager

Rosalia (Rosy) Esquivel, is an accomplished Account Manager in the Accounts Receivable (A/R) department at Interface, with nearly five years of experience in the industry. A graduate of American Career College with a medical billing and coding certificate, Rosy is known for her commitment to excellence in financial services. Beyond the office, she is a passionate gardener and organization enthusiast, and she values quality time with her family through movie nights and BBQ gatherings.
